I review your Google Business Profile, your social profiles and your visibility nearby. I compare them with the median for your sector from a study of 300 businesses in Gliwice, and with the three competitors ranking above you in Maps.
You get a list of things to fix, ordered by what matters most. No fee and no obligation. If you read it and decide to do it yourself, that is fine too.
What exactly I check.
How complete the profile is
Description, categories, services, attributes, opening hours, photos. Point by point, marking what is empty and what was filled in carelessly.
Comparison with your sector
Your numbers set against the median for your sector in Gliwice: reviews, photos, rating. You can see where you stand.
The top three competitors
Who ranks above you in Maps for your most important search term, and how their profile differs from yours.
Reviews
How many you have, how recent the newest ones are, how many went unanswered, and whether any qualify to be reported.
Consistency of your data
Whether the name, address and phone number match across your Google profile, your website and the directories. There are usually discrepancies, and usually nobody knows about them.

The most important part. A list ordered from the change that will do the most to the one that can wait.

You leave your company name and a contact
I need no access at all. Everything I check at this stage is public.

I review the profile and the competition
By hand, not with a generator. It usually takes me an hour per business.

You get the audit by e-mail
Within two working days. We can go through it on the phone if you like, but that is not a condition.
What happens afterwards. Nothing you do not start yourself. I do not add anyone to a mailing list, I do not call every week asking for a decision, and I do not pass your data on. If the audit is all you needed, that is fine by me too: one hour of my time costs less than one bad review.

Really free? Where is the catch?
The catch is that some businesses read the audit, fix everything themselves and never become clients. I accept that, because the alternative would be selling a contract to someone who does not yet know whether they need one.
Do you need access to our Google profile?
Not at this stage. The audit is based on what a customer sees, which is public data. Access is only needed if we move to implementation.
How long does it take?
Up to two working days from your request. If there is a queue, I will tell you straight away instead of leaving you guessing.
What if we are not from Gliwice?
I run the audit for all of Silesia. The comparison against the sector median is based on data from Gliwice, so for businesses outside the city treat it as an approximation. The rest of the audit is the same wherever you are.
