What people ask most often.
How long does filming five reels take?
Usually half a day at your place. Reels are filmed in series, because setting up the light and sound takes the most time, not the filming itself. That is why a pack of five costs less per unit than a single reel.
Do I have to appear on camera?
No. A large share of reels for service businesses is work in frame, the product and the interior, without a single face. If you do want to appear, I prepare talking points so nothing has to be learned by heart.
How long do I wait for the finished material?
Reels: up to five working days from the shoot. Photo session: up to seven working days. Company film: agreed at the quote stage, because it depends on the script.
Do I get the source files?
Yes, along with the finished ones. The material is yours and you can do what you like with it, including handing it to another agency. It is your property, not my negotiating leverage.
